We did a Christmas Jumper Day today and raised a fantastic €260 and also have donated a food hamper too. Thanks to all who supported our Christmas Jumper Day in aid of St. Vincent de Paul.
Ms. Griffin and Martina did some birthday baking for pupils born in November, December & January. The cakes were shared out with everyone and were delicious!
Congratulations to our 2nd- 6th who did an excellent performance with their play ‘Straw and Order’ last Thursday. Such talented actors!

Junior & Senior infants, and First class had great fun planting daffodil bulbs for the spring yesterday.
We were delighted to welcome Madeline from Connemara National Park who came to talk to us yesterday about our native animals. It was so interesting.
Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Aoife, Patricia and Tash from the Christmas in Clifden Committee who came to help prepare the children for the Christmas in Clifden event happening this coming Friday. It was so much fun, special thanks to the ladies for coming out to us! We are looking forward to Fridays Christmas lights event.
Today, our shoeboxes for The Team Hope Shoebox Appeal were collected. We gathered just under 40 shoeboxes, thank you to all who made their shoeboxes or donated to the appeal online.
On Friday, the Junior room travelled by buys to The Station House Theatre to see a lovely music performance called Song Tales. The performance was part of Galway TradFest2025 and we are grateful to Yvonne in Music Generation for inviting us to attend this event.
